Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@kemeipk.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 4th Floor, Bilal Center, Main M.A Jinnah Rd, opposite Gul Plaza,saddar, Karachi 75600, Pakistan

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Read Return Policy Carefully 

• If you find a damaged item after unboxing it, you must inform us within 24 hours with a proof that you have received a damaged product.
• Return will be acceptable if the product is damaged when you receive it or if the wrong product is delivered.
• Please choose the product very carefully. Select the right color and type to avoid the unpleasing situation.
• And change of mind is not applicable for return.
• We offer the personal care items. So, you can’t return a product if you are displeased with the performance or color.
• If you have used the product, it can’t be returned.
• It will be better for you to make video while unboxing the product and if you find it damaged, return the product with video.
• Keep the email receipt and return the product in the original packing as you received it.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
