At Kemei Pakistan, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following policy.

Order Cancellation

• Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.

• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number and registered contact details.

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. The customer may need to follow our return or exchange policy, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

• Orders that have already been delivered cannot be cancelled. Customers may contact us regarding a return or exchange in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

Cancellation by Kemei Pakistan

Kemei Pakistan reserves the right to cancel an order in situations including, but not limited to:

• Product being unavailable or out of stock.

• Incorrect or incomplete customer information.

• Pricing or product information errors.

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

• Delivery being unavailable to the provided location.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled before dispatch, refunds will be processed according to the applicable payment method and may take additional business days to reflect in the customer's account.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable if the order is cancelled before delivery.
